Sussex Music Brain Motor Headhunter Bikes of Brighton
Sussex Music had a problem, they were TOO BUSY. They didn't have the time to do the billing, scheduling, marketing, run the business AND make sure there weren't any problems. We automated their business as much as possible and freed Ben and Rob up to focus on growing the business. Motor Headhunter had started receieving a few leads using Google Adwords, however, their current website left a lot to be desired. After an initial overhaul, and a few months down the line, enquiry rates went from just under 1% to 4.5%. Bikes of Brighton wanted to begin selling online. We coached and advised them on how best to go about it. Within 2 weeks of launching their shop they'd made 4 sales with no efforts yet made on marketing. Great start. We've since been asked to create 2 more sites for sister businesses.
Random tip: Get More Done
If you want to achieve more in a day, The night before, write 4 things you need to do that day, the most important 4. One of which being an absolute MUST. Then on the day, check email and voicemail twice a during that day. It will be the most productive day you've had in years!
